Vins Ripoll
Vins Ripoll is a family business that began making wine in 1925, currently in its third family generation under the command of Jaume Ripoll.
It all started when Jaume's grandfather, a farmer, decided to start making wine by renting an old cellar in the center of Binissalem. He bought the grapes and he himself made the coupage and distributed the wines in bulk throughout the town.
The experience that they offer today is not with purchased grapes, but with the production line of Ses Roques, some wines made in-house and with their own grapes. The vineyards are located on the outskirts of the town of Binissalem.
They have started with a small but high-quality production, focusing on organic production in which they firmly believe.
Vins Ripoll is pure history, pure family and pure Mallorca. Without a doubt, it is a very close and entertaining way to learn about the history of Mallorcan wine through its own history.
