  • The tast consists of a tasting of 4 Angel vins (1 White, 1 Rosat and 2 Negres) and a bite of pa, formatge, oli and Mallorcan sals.
  • Menu:
    • Picada amb formatge maonès, Mallorcan coca, embotit de llonganissa pagesa, pa, oli and Mallorcan salt.
    • Porcella roasted to l'forn amb patates.
    • Pastís de xocolata.
