Cellar Sebastià Pastor is a family winemaker which has been growing vines and making wine since 1937.

The winery is located in Santa Maria del Camí. The winery has a small modernised typically Majorcan cellar built in the 18th century where wine sales are made, as well as another winery where the wine is made and aged.

The vineyards grow in the outskirts of the village, specifically in Pla de Buc and Torrent Fals – unbeatable places to cultivate this type of crop. Celler Sebastià Pastor is committed to the local Mantonegro and Premsal Blanc varieties since they give the wine a Majorcan essence.
